In the first quarter of 2024, the self-therapy and journaling app category on the iOS platform has seen varied performances across the top applications in Latin America. Data provided by Sensor Tower delivers insights into downloads, revenue, and weekly active users for these digital self-improvement tools.

Me+ Daily Routine Planner experienced a peak in weekly active users at nearly 240K in the third week of February, coupled with its highest revenue of over $42K in the same week. Downloads showed a similar trend with a high of approximately 75K in the second week of January, although both metrics saw a decline towards the end of the quarter.

Mindvalley: Self Improvement, despite a modest revenue that hovered around $5K to $6K in the early weeks, witnessed a slight uptick in the last week of March to nearly $6K. Downloads and weekly active users remained fairly consistent, with active users fluctuating around the 2K mark and downloads seeing a slight increase from 361 to 375 in early March.

Productive - Habit Tracker showed a decreasing trend in revenue from about $6K in the first week of January to around $2K by the end of March. Downloads peaked at approximately 25K in the first week but dropped to around 3.5K in the last week of March. Weekly active users similarly decreased from 73K to 32K over the quarter.

Pulsebit: Heart Rate Monitor saw its revenue fluctuate, peaking at $4.4K in mid-March. Downloads had a significant jump to nearly 10K in mid-February but then gradually decreased to around 2.3K by the end of March. Weekly active users showed growth in the first two months, reaching over 20K, but slightly declined to around 16K by the quarter's end.

Fabulous: Daily Habit Tracker had a revenue that started at $3.5K in the first week of January and saw a peak at over $6K in the second week, before a gradual decrease to under $2K by the end of March. Downloads began at 15K and saw a decline throughout the quarter, ending at less than 500. Weekly active users also decreased from 57K to just over 26K.
